The project comprises 95 apartment buildings, 946 villas, 8 administrative buildings, a sports and social club, 5 car showrooms, a school, a hotel with serviced apartments, and a shopping mall. MisrConsult provided consultancy services for the preparation of detailed designs across all project disciplines, including Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure works. The scope covered residential, commercial, administrative, hospitality, and service buildings, from the detailed design stage through the preparation of complete tender documentation required for construction.
